Cleaning Management
The module helps the one responsible for cleaning in planning tasks for the cleaning teams.
The cleaning module is based on the INSTA 800 quality standard
The cleaning module allows the user to:
- Define quality standards and link them to space types or particular rooms
- Set up cleaning models which define cleaning frequency and a normal cleaning time for a given space type
- Link cleaning models to rooms and adjust cleaning information per space if needed
- Develop cleaning areas (zones) with the use of interactive drawings.
- Define cleaning teams and set up profiles to indicate their performance.
- Manage cleaning plan through tasks and work orders
The system can calculate the time needed to clean each space and then sum up for cleaning areas and buildings.
